Slightly less portable, but take 3/4c of your favorite plain yogurt (Fage or Brown Cow or 7 Stars are nice) and add 1 Tbsp of your favorite jam (I like strawberry-rhubarb) or marmalade (did I hear TJ's triple citrus?).
